And you’re furious at the AirBnb host for not including towels, it’s a quick 1 star review. The vast majority of feedback on the internet is 1 or 5 stars.
But 3 stars? Who bothers to rate something OK? 3 star reviews are our best place to learn, it’s feedback without emotion. Someone wasn’t upset, wasn’t delighted, they thought you were fine and still bothered to rate you.
